Been saying this since 2017-2018 to my friends and family. Nobody seemed to care about what was happening and probably assumed everything would return to normal eventually. I decided to just get tf out of the US instead of feeling like I was crazy all the time.

The masters are banking on people turning on one another, which inevitably happens when people exist in constant state of anxiety. Just another means to keep the masses in check, by having them police each other.

I'm going to be the devil's advocate here and say that the right were asked to normalise things that they were uncomfortable with for a long time too. For one moment, imagine this very monologue spoken with the same emotional exhaustion as them. Personally I hope in 2025 we can all begin to see how both sides have politically polarised to the far side and each are a source of complete burnout for those who sit in the centre.
