act 1 is easily the most boring act ONLY because the game is dry up until level 5 and I've played it like 500 times, act 2 is nice cause your a high level and you can get ALOT of xp if you know what to do. act 3 is the best due to how much content there is, I've beat the game 3 tines and I still sometimes find new stuff to do.

Pro tip: you can turn off chatter volume in sound settings. That will definitely help with all the background chatter

if anyone struggles with feeling overstimulated by the crowds in act 3 there’s a mod to reduce them to half or even less, i have it and it literally made the city actually enjoyable, i have no idea why they spawn actual hordes of people by default all talking at the same time
