as a Democrat I agree with you whole heartedly...I understand why ppl don't want to vote for them. My issue is that they vote Republican, who is constantly stabbing them in the gut...not enough to kill them right away...but enough to cause pain...then they blame Dems for the stabbing and for not doing enough and complaining that 'this isnt what they voted for'. At least with Dems you can negotiate with them. Republican become more and more fascist each generation and still get voted in. it's like they expect the Dems to be perfect and when they aren't, they vote in the guys that make life harder for the middle class

There is this guy in New York who might become mayor if we get behind him, have his back, and defend him from those forces of evil which are ready to attack him in order to preserve the status quo. There’s probably someone in each person’s community who is the equivalent if NYC is too far-flung a place.
