What about donating organs when you pass away to save lives? Genuinely asking as I got a doc from the government to sign if I want to do that or not , and am a bit hesitant even tho I want to but I m a Muslim so gotta ask

What about this hadith though? Narrated Asma’ bint Abi Bakr رضي الله عنها: "A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, my daughter’s hair has fallen out due to illness; may I add false hair to her?' He ﷺ said: 'Allah has cursed the woman who joins (adds) hair and the one who asks for it to be done.'" — [Sahih Bukhari (5477) & Sahih Muslim (2122)]
