I’m waiting for your likes and comments 💬❤️ ⸻ Ingredients: • 500 g bread flour • 400 g water (about 2 cups – add gradually and adjust) • 15 g olive oil (2 tablespoons) • 3 g instant yeast (about 1 flat teaspoon) • 10 g salt (about 1.5 teaspoons) ⸻ Instructions: 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. 3. Using a spoon, mix the dough again by folding it over itself. 4. Leave it to rise until doubled in size. 5. Grease a spoon and scoop portions of the dough onto a baking tray. 6. Let them rise on the tray for 20–25 minutes (time may vary depending on room temperature). 7. Brush the tops with water, sprinkle sesame seeds if you like. 8.
