You’re so right! I am a plus-sized woman that has a small appetite, no hbp, no diabetes, nothing….doctors ALWAYS assume I have everything wrong with me because of me weight. Literally all of my friends, family, and husband have noticed that the amount of food I eat doesn’t match my size. I don’t know what the hell is going on honestly 🤷🏽♀️

My ex girlfriend who hated her big upper arms asked me was I not uncomfortable wearing my arms out (I have stretched marks). I was confused and told her no then I sat with it and reminded myself that that her insecurities and I’m not going to let her project them on me. She did that a lot and i always let it slide because she was hated herself. I’m too blessed and thankful to even be alive then to let someone try to bring me down.

My orthodontist FILED DOWN my fangs without even asking me OR my mother. It was LITERALLY the first thing I noticed when they handed me the mirror and I just about could have sobbed. Then he tells me "I just made them flatter since it looks better, its procedure." Like he didn't just make me hate my smile for the rest of my life.

That’s crazy. I told my dentist I hated my overbite and crooked teeth and he said “that’s more of a cosmetic thing, I don’t think you need them fixed they look fine” and I never felt so seen. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever met 😭
