I’ve worked literally every job in a retiring EXCEPT manager. It’s ALL stressful in its own ways. You’re gonna argue with your co-workers over simple shit, like a damn basket of fries, it just do be that serious IN THE MOMENT! I promise after the restaurant is empty, the radios are up, the smokes breaks been took and the cleaning begins we all family again. Everyone is stressed 9/10 in a restaurant and we are around each other ALL DAY EVERY DAY, we fight, yell and bicker, but we family. That’s how it works. Hate the player in the moment, hate the game always🫡😆! It seems like everyone’s being mean, but this shit falls right off the shoulders as soon as the stress wear down and the damn light is OFF!
