It’s easy to just blame that specific cop. But look into his training and the culture of the department and especially how much he was praised for making so many arrests

Fire him and send him back to the NFL as the water boy. Some people should never be given a badge and a gun. How many people took a plea deal or convicted because of his lies. Every case should be thrown out!

Done everyday somewhere in America embellished reports added charges and if the phone video was questioned why sould the police report be taken as gospel then they reread of court it’s big money in DWI in grants funding and rewards from organizations like MADD and others
