With a factory limited top speed of 124mph. They were quick, not fast. SVO Mustang and SHO Taurus were 140mph cars. GLHS Omni was good for 130mph. GN/GNX designated for law enforcement weren't governed, good for 155mph.

I drove GNX #500 at the dealership before the owner had it towed to his house , it was a beast . I drove over 50 Grand Nationals before they were sold since I was in charge of making sure the cars were 💯 before delivery.🤩
