Has anyone tried passing a law restricting the length of bills? Seems like it would be better to break them up into more manageable parts that contain topics relevant to each other (with preset deadlines of course).

I dont think Pell Grant's should have been messed with. If you're working FT & can only go to school PT you should still be able to utilize the pell grant.
