@kburton_25: Kali was craving banana oatmeal pancakes so I’m making them homemade! 🥞🍌 @𝐾𝑎𝑟𝑙𝑎 ☁️🩰 Banana Oatmeal Baby Pancakes (7+ Months) (Soft, no sugar, baby-led weaning friendly) Ingredients: • 1 ripe banana • 1/2 cup rolled oats • 1 egg (or 1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water) • 2–3 tbsp breast milk, formula, or water (to thin) • Optional: 1/4 tsp cinnamon or 1 tsp flaxseed meal Instructions: 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 2. Heat nonstick pan on low heat. 3. Spoon out 1 tbsp of batter per pancake (makes 6–8 mini pancakes). 4. Cook 2–3 mins per side until golden. 5. Cool, then serve as strips or bite-size pieces. Topping idea: Warm puréed strawberries 🍓 (Simmer with a splash of water, then blend. You can add a bit of breast milk or formula for creaminess!)
