I’m a shopper for Instacart and they recently implemented this. Makes more sense though because I’ve had shoppers deliver to me that are not the person in the photo that I was expecting- living in the country makes it kind of scary. If it were my credit card, I’d cancel it because there’s no reason for it

All can be avoided if you would just do the purchases for him. Unless it’s stuff that he doesn’t want you to know about, but then of course you’d see it in the statement perhaps.

yep all investment apps do the same and then get things all missed when you update a card like lockouts for months 6hr phone calls it just makes things a million times worse
