Lando always sprays his McLaren crew first — that’s his usual routine. He did end up spraying Hülkenberg at the end. It wasn’t disrespect, just his typical podium style. The awkwardness came more from Oscar not acknowledging Hulk at all

Oscar didn't even spray Lando from what you could see on the cameras, not to mention the top three interview, he praised hulkenburg but didn't say ANYTHING about Lando achieving something so big, when Lando was congratulating Oscar. Piastri shouldn't have breaked the way he did, he's the only one responsible for his penalty

I know I’m late, but this is my theory. Someone else said this on TikTok as well at the podium it’s tiny you have like no room so what I think was Lando wanted to do his thing with the bottle and spray it so he went over to Oscars to have room so we didn’t knock over any trophies but I think Oscar thought Lando sprayed Nico cause he was closer to him but then Lando thought Oscar might have sprayed him because then he was getting his bottle to spray in the air. That’s my theory I don’t know.

Oscar was honestly disrespectful, not just the podium incident but the after race interview where his attitude towards Nico about it being a Lego trophy. His actions today ruined his image for me and probably many others.

I was so disappointed, Nico even went towards them twice but they ignored him. They both basically live on the podium every weekend, couldn’t they have celebrated him a bit?

Lando did spray him. Also brought his helmet in for him as he didn’t know the protocol. Could have done more though. What was a better story was the fact that the team didn’t have any champagne in to celebrate as they didn’t expect it but a couple of the teams, including Mercedes delivered some to the team to celebrate. 🍾

Lando sprayed Nico at the end — there is photos of this. Lando does the same routine every win, champagne pop & then spray the person getting the constructor trophy then the other two on the podium. They also can't see well if they get it in their eyes so the aim is always a bit shit
