I don’t like training people. My job is hard enough and I BARELY can muster the patience to take someone step-by-step through the job. Nobody “trained” me…I was thrust into the deep end in hour one, of day one and basically told sink or swim.

My job half trained me and I was still making mistakes and I constantly got coached out loud in front of everyone and it was never in a good tone it was like they were trying to embarrass me and I’m still new so I had chat gpt put a training module together and now I’ve gotten better at my job and they’re upset I don’t ask questions but the other new hires they train them ask them questions being nice and I just be wondering why they couldn’t do that for me

When I close my eyes, I could swear this is a AI stereotype work environment that is 99.99999999% accurate. This is completely true. The trainers forget and act like they didn’t deal with this same behavior when they started. 2 wrongs don't make a right.
