Honestly don’t think the islanders were told the reason why so that it doesn’t distract them from filming and continuing the storyline. Jeremiah in an interview recently said that they were never told about why Yulissa left, he said producers just told them she left for a personal reason. He said he didn’t find out the real reason until he got his phone back after being dumped.
