@desizaikamasala: 🌿One pot Rasam Rice 🌿😍🍚 Quick Recipe and comforting food ❤️ INGREDIENTS : SOAKING - Rice - 3/4th cup Toordal - 1/2 Cup (Soak for 30 minutes ) FOR CRUSHED MIXTURE - Pepper - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Curryleaves - 5 Dried Chillies - 3 Garlic - 6 ( Crush into coarse mixture ) You can blend it in mixer grinder if mortar pestle is not available ) FOR COOKER - Oil - 3 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Crushed Garlic - 3 Curry leaves - 10 Dried Chillies - 2 Tomatoes - 2 or 3 Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Rasam powder - 2 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp Water for Rice - 5 times the rice ( 3/4th cup × 5 times) METHOD : 🌿 Firstly soak dal and rice and keep aside 🌿Crush the masala mentioned above in mortar pestle or blender 🌿In cooker add heat oil 🌿Add mustard seeds , cursed garlic , curryleaves , dried Chillies and saute 🌿 Add chopped Tomatoes and cook until it turns soft and Mushy 🌿Add turmeric and rasam powder and mix well 🌿Add soaked Dal and rice and mix well 🌿Add water , salt and mix well 🌿Close cooker cap and leave 4 to 5 whistles 🌿Once cooled down , open and add chopped coriander leaves and mix well 🌿Mix it with Appalam , pad and Enjoy 😀 #Rasamrice #Rasam #rasamsadam #Rasamrecipes #Ricerecipes #southindianfood #indianrecipes #comfortfood #Onepotrecipes #onepotrasamrice #onepotmeals
