I remember during my erasmus I couldn’t even register to the cinema’s loyalty program without a personal number 🤯 however I won tickets to a festival and they didn’t ask for anything to get the tickets 😅

💯 Good advice 😎. I lived in Sweden for 10 years and when I was first there you had to order your alcohol in a queue (bit like Argos here in the UK) then they brought the drink to you.

The way I understood personnummer is that it’s same as the American social security number; you can’t get a bank account, passport, drivers license etc without it
