freedom of speech doesn't mean free of consequences. too many people have forgotten that. 😂

Ima say the dangerous thing: there IS such a thing as your first amendment right to free speech if someone finds out that the government was involved with that censorship, like asking Facebook to clamp down on certain content. That’s still a thing, right?

Thank you- way too many people thinking free speech means freedom from consequences from the public- it protects you from the government- period, end of story!

The lack of understanding between private but available to the public vs public is really frustrating. The free speech argument annoys me just as much as the freedom to record argument. So pretty much all first amendment arguments. Like for starters this app isn’t just available in the US, so you can’t just apply US law to the app. If you wanted to apply just US law to the app, then refer to your argument, it is privately owned and operated which means they can set their own rules and regulations, and then tell you to kick rocks if you don’t like it

not to forget it isn't even an American app and the content isn't limited to the US

feel your pain bruh
but tbh I feel like we as a society should address those injustices not just brush it off with "it is what it is"
bcuz those corporations and the entire social class of the Americans oligarchy is becoming as powerful as local, state and federal governments if not more so
we should admit that that oppression by the corporations is as valid as the one by the government and should be addressing as much as the one from the government

Mr Rafi a question from the viewers, what are are your thoughts on the bots stealing your content on the red site, and do you have any actions for it?

That’s why the government regulates the private companies so they can regulate free speech

Our governments don’t need to censor speech anymore. They just get companies to do it like they did during the last election on Facebook and Twitter.

That's funny because I see equal amounts of censored and uncensored videos here and elsewhere on trending pages. The ones that seem shadowbanned are sexualized videos.
