look up cloud seeding. look up weather manipulation, look up Haarp. Im just saying to open your minds, educate yourselves. Stop just believing everything they tell you. If you look it up and you still think its a conspiracy, well ok then. However its always better to have all the information to make better decisions..

sad, our government & etc need to travel state to state and see what the problem with our rivers, & creeks, they shouldn't over flow like this, they need repair, maybe build new dams or etc, we need to address the problems soon..
