great video as always. one thing many people should take notes on is the relatively low amount of exercises. I know some people doing 7-8 exercises on a push day, but realistically, 5-6 is all you need.

To target more of the upper pec with a press movement (smith machine), will just gripping the bar closer be enough? Or do I need to think about tucking my elbows to the side and keeping them close to the body?
