I know you are being informative but this is Causing Stress. My Union Representative is slow to respond and not very assisting . I want to remove my Membership but because of the Unfairness within I am stuck paying For nothing.

So the OBBA, passed new budgets and included in that is congressional approval for reorganization. Does this not render that prior decision moot? The claim was no RIF without congressional approval. Do you think that is why Supreme Court is not making a decision on this?
