They literally say in the description of these kind of jobs that you most have customer service. It doesn’t matter if customer is rude, you must remain format. If you didn’t want to work in that environment get a new job if not quit bitching

This may not apply directly to movie theaters and popcorn. But as a millennial, they do this cuz 30 years ago you could do this and save a few dollars (witnessed it firsthand with my dad) Then companies figured out that a lot of boomers and gen x people do it so they made stricter rules. Fast forward, they still think the world still operates like how it does in the 90s.

as an usher I swear some doing the stuff on purpose. USED napkins being shoved in cupholders is waaay too common. or how I got yelled at within 5 seconds my 2nd day when I couldn't immediately tell where a theater was. tag literally said "in training"

Yeah for the most part the people that honestly complain just can’t get over the fact we can pick and choose certain things with the menu, my 2 years in Taco Bell taught me that all I could do was let it go and make food

I can’t find a job, no one is hiring so when the adults in my house try to rip on me for that I show them my applications, shuts them up. They treat us with disrespect and we’re trying to be nice but we can only handle the stupidity for so long.

I was told I accused someone of stealing. My guy… you have items in your hand and you’re approaching the door to talk to my manager. All I said was “do you mind putting your stuff down on the counter so the alarm doesn’t go off?” The man was a regular and it was my third day on the job. This man turned around so fast and was like “what did you just say to me!?” And I repeated what I said. And he began to yell saying I was accusing him of stealing. And he checked out and threw the money at me. I tossed the money on the belt. Because if you as a grown man in his 40s-50s can’t act more mature than a then 18 year old… there’s an issue.

I once had a customer come up to me and a group of work friends while we were on break playing on the new Switch 2 display and ask me to unlock something I said I don’t have the key and that we’re on break, she just scuffed and quickly said “Seriously”.

I’m in my 30s and I still work customer service. There are so many times when I want to tell the customer “I have nothing to do with this rule, I have no way of changing it for you. “ 😂😂

i should really start keeping track of how every video criticizing the genz stare is like "yeah, when I'm working with you or have you as a customer, you aren't answering the questions i need to ask in order to provide service" but most genz are going "BuT tHe CuStOmErS!" your customers aren't complaining. your coworkers are complaining. what you do in your free time is what ppl are complaining about.
