@picturesque1234: Another person actually posted it; 8 to 12 oz warm water, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt, optional squeeze of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Not a doctor, just sharing the post with the recipe.
