Gojo has always been made a God by everyone, even though he wasn’t one. Like any God, he actually belonged to everyone. He was exploited from the moment he was born, forced to accept a destiny he never chose. Whenever a problem arises, people naturally rely on him—as if he owes something to them and to society, just because of the way he was born. The tragic thing about him is that it feels like no one around him ever knew how to treat him—how to see him as anything other than the strongest. The people around him didn’t know what to do with him, other than turning him into a weapon—especially those who were there while he was growing up. Yet, he never truly belonged to anyone. Because even though he craved love—and was full of it too—no one ever really learned how to love him properly. Partly because of how detached from reality he was. Yet, even after losing the person he loved most, even when he thought he’d never be able to love again—he did. He poured all the love he still had into the youth, into his students. In this edit, I included the three main moments between Gojo and Geto, because to me, those were the moments where he could’ve doubted love—not just love for Geto, but love in general. When Suguru leaves him, Gojo is caught completely off guard. He redirects his love elsewhere—toward his students—but that moment could’ve easily made him question whether he’d ever be able to love Geto again (of course, we all know he never stopped). Still, the disappointment in how their relationship ended likely kept him from fully opening up to someone else again. When he kills him, it’s no longer about love—it’s about possibility. If Geto isn’t there anymore, can he still love him? And I think having to kill his best friend—the person he loved most—brought him immense guilt and forced him to question his own nature. That was probably the moment where his detachment peaked. Where he truly wondered if he was even capable of loving again, after doing something so tragic. Where he wondered whether he was even worthy of feeling love for someone if he literally killed his best friend. Then, when his love for Geto betrays him during the sealing, that’s probably when he promised himself that he wouldn’t allow the love he feels to sabotage him again (it wasn’t even the first time that happened.) Spoiler alert: he will love again. He will love until the very end of his days. Soo I have no idea how this trend works, couldn’t figure it out lol. I just did it my own way and I hope you like it too I wasn’t even planning on making this but I missed editing my favorite, and also, how is it that no one has used this song for him yet?? I literally searched for a Gojo edit with it and couldn’t find a single one. I wanted to add more effects and filters, but I can’t save my edits in high quality, and too many effects just ruin the resolution.
