To be honest though I don’t care enough about social media to constantly be checking this stuff. People are busy and I get for some people it’s important if it’s their job but that doesn’t mean it’s important to everyone else. My friends show me friendship in real life not through social media 🤷🏻♀️

But if they’re a good friend in real life, why does it matter. I have a small business and all my best customers are all strangers. Then my best friends only come now and again as a treat. Some friends have never been or interact with my work page. And that’s ok. Because when I need them as a FRIEND they’re there in a flash. They’re probably half watching TV and half doom scrolling in an evening, I miss peoples stuff all the time because I mindlessly scroll without paying any attention. Even leave stories running without realising all the time. Making it look like I’ve viewed something (didn’t realise my close friends grandad had died because I’d scrolled past the story mindlessly not paying attention) but was she mad when I found out in person. No. Because she knows my heart. I love social media but don’t take offence and go tell your friends about your achievements personally. That’s how genuine connections are built 🤍✨
