Now that you added 200 shares at $45.87, are you planning to just sell covered calls on those and hold onto the 100 shares you bought at $50.01 until the price rebounds? If your $46 calls get assigned, do you just keep the original 100 and keep selling OTM calls on that? Thanks for this series, super helpful!

Good morning, quick question. If the covered call lost 75_90% of its value so is it better to buy to close and get sell the new one on Friday to get better primium or wait for Monday?

It’s ok Ken… doesn’t always go our way… you still made 1% for the week on your money. If you can do it every week it’s 52% roi for the year. Good info.

Is there a way to decide which tax lot you decide to do a covered call or is it FIFO? For example, let’s say you want to do a covered call on the shares you bought at $46 with a strike price at $48. Will it sell the first position at $50 or do you select the lot you want?

Why didn't you sell a put for the additional shares you wanted to buy ?you could've possibly gotten it for a cheaper price and you would've gotten a premium for it
