That to me to be police brutality. She is handcuffed and asking for a female. That lady had no way to hurt the officer, no weapons and wasn’t fighting. This officer needs to be arrested for assault, fired a sued.

U.S. Supreme Court decision says a male officer can conduct a pat-down search of a female , more intrusive searches should ideally be performed by a female officer if available, but not required if the search is incident to arrest.

Okay!! one cops do NOT have to have a female officer for a pat down. 2. she pulled away to prevent the officer from searching. she resists to comply so that officer is 100% in the clear.

Few things. He is allowed to search a female. Second, he’s doing a weapon search. Cannot manipulate the pocket or items in it. Looking for weapons only. Third, cannot spray once detained in cuffs. It’s excessive force. He shouldn’t be a LEO. Lastly, she is resisting but doesn’t give him the right!!!

nah he had bad intentions from the start. why was he grabbing all in her pocket like that, almost as if fondling her? why get so excessive when asking for a female officer? 🙄 hopefully this woman gets justice and he rots in prison!
