The dough should hold together when pressed and molded. Make dough balls with your hands and set aside. You can prep these ahead of time and place in the fridge until you are ready to cook! Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add in the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the falafel balls into the oil with space between each one. Cook on medium for about 2-3 minutes each side or until golden brown. Once all are cooked, serve in the wrap and enjoy!
