not to make any excuses for her cause she deserves to be held accountable but it is a common thing for Hispanics to say that word when referring to eyes, more times than I can count I was told I have “chi*ky” eyes. She probably knew it was a bad term but didn’t think anything of it cause to her she wasn’t using it in a bad way and most likely people around her have used that term too.
