This mass casualty was due to negligence and poor policy decisions. The Trump adminstration - gutting the NWS, the TX GOP - voting against funding for emergency warning systems, local officials - voting against installing emergency warning systems and failure to evacuate the flood plain, and the camp itself - putting sleeping children in cabins, 200 ft from a river during a flash flood warning.

I understand how everyone is so angry, but trying to blame Trump for everything that is happening is ridiculous. That was an act of God there’s no one that can control that no way of preventing a disaster from happening even if there was more people to help , there would be more casualties I pray for the families of what they’re going through and stop putting blame on everybody that had nothing to do with it. Just concentrate on taking care of your families and loving one another. Our God has gained a whole lot of angels.
