I experienced this.. I "autopilot" on my way home once. I didn't know what happened, how I got home, What did I do for the last hour, What are my thoughts for the last hour? I can't remember. I lost my school report card i. the process of me being in "autopilot". I'm so scared, what if I dieeed? What if I crossed a busy street? It still creeped me out till this day
