People did this at Dodgers Stadium for the collectible Luffy Card at One Piece Night. They were running around asking people to buy the card from them. Some were yelling at the workers.

i got one and i think i was in the line when this happened and as far as i know this card was only given for the gquuuxx panel event only at the peacock theater and the cards were given after the panel. the rest of the promos including char promo were at the booth. he crashed out hard…we were like “we are out of here”. but he should have lined up earlier and you are right should blame himself.
