@oxfordcitycouncil: Berinsfield residents! Big changes are coming to how your area is run. Central government wants to simplify local government here in Oxfordshire and we want to hear your views on our Greater Oxford proposal. Our proposal is to replace Oxfordshire's six councils with three: Greater Oxford Council, Northern Oxfordshire Council and Ridgeway Council. Berinsfield would be part of Greater Oxford Council. This means one council for the whole area – one council for bins, roads, public transport, housing, education, planning, leisure and more. We'll be at The Berin Centre (Wimblestraw Road, Berinsfield, Oxfordshire, OX10 7LZ) from 10am to 1pm on Wednesday 16 July to hear your thoughts on Greater Oxford.
