my client once said. "i dont like it" and i asked "what you dont like about it?" he said "i dont know i just dont like it" i said "ok i will do my best to redo it". i did nothing i forgot about the project for 1 week, add another client i needed to work on. so one week later he texts me "Hi have you finished the new version?" obvious i paniked because i did nothing and forgot about it but i said "yea yea sure im sorry for the delay i was about to send you the new export". it was the same video... i waited. then a text, "love the new edit much better". and thats it, from that moment foward if a client doesnt know whats wrong it ok.

Although I don’t agree with the client being vague in their feedback, using editing terminology like “b-rolls, keyframing” to client ain’t gona help you either. Seems like both sides have communication problem to me 🤣
