It’s fine. We came back from a duck hunt during a flood. Truck was sitting in a dry parking lot when we left. Came back and the water rose to a 1/3 way up the door. Opened the doors after we loaded boat directly onto trailer, let the water out, then let the truck dry with the doors open when we got home. No issues

It doesn't matter what type of truck you have, if it's submerged in water, it's pretty much toasty bc the engine and electrical system will fail.
