You look amazing well done. Did you ever get dizziness? I’m drinking lots of water and eating healthy. It’s only my first week but I’m so dizzy. Haven’t luckily had and other side effects just that. Worried about doing week two if it carries on.

Please be careful and get ur bloods checked regularly. I was put on this via my diabetes consultant. After 1 year I’d lost 6st and my sugar levels had dropped to normal but it has destroyed my kidneys. They are only working at 51% now it has stopped my thyroid from working so now have to take thyroxine. They’ve taken me off of it for 4 months to see if my kidneys have stopped declining. I’m still eating exactly like I was on my injection but have gained 8lb in the past 6 weeks so the injection clearly works but at what expense. I’m hoping my organs sort themselves back out. Just be careful 🥺

A little tip for the Mounjaro girlies! I am back on mounjaro after a 3 month break because I hit my goal weight. Go off it slowly not all of a sudden, you're gonna be hungry as anything, I gained 8kg in only 2 months, was craving sweets and greasy foods like mad. So after you hit your goal weight, go on a lower dose of Mounjaro, talk to the prescriber, ask for their advice❤️❤️❤️
