We live on an island, where in winter we have floods and summer we have droughts. Why aren’t we pouring more finances into rain water harvest systems, especially in new builds and retail parks etc

They can jog on! Yorkshire water hikes the prices up then tells people they can’t use it!! Not to mention the population of Yorkshire has increased by half a million but Yorkshire water hasn’t built a reservoir in 40 years to keep up with the demand!!
