if she’s a dog who likes to eat what she’s not supposed to pretend you dropped one on the floor and act like she isn’t supposed to eat it, i’ve seen that work (idk anything ab dogs 😭)

so i do the toss method... where the first couple peices are regular fave food then once she's comfy with the fact its not meds toss the ones with the meds....

Put the pill in whatever it is your feeding her then Throw it don't let her Think cause when you give it too her she has to think but when you throw it at her mouth it gives her less time to think ive seen my aunt do this with her dog works every time

Get her favorite food and if u can crush them and put them in if u can’t crush them then still get her favorite food and hide it in and try to give it to her

My dog is too smart for her own good. I had to get liquid antibiotics because she wouldn’t take her pills and I was tired of shoving them down her throat. Btw she’s 10 pounds and stubborn

I use pill pockets and you can split them in half depending on the size of the pill :)

@ get pill pocket at Walmart for dogs and they’re like a soft treat and there and you can put that there’s a hole and you can put the tree in there and you can shake it so you can’t see the tree anymore. You just give it to them.

I know this probably won’t work for most dogs but I pretend I’m going to throw mine a treat aka her pill and she’s so caught up in the game that she just swallows it.

I wrap ours in a half slice of turkey, I do: no med, no med, med and she eats it every time lol. same exact allergy pill too haha.

I use two pieces of cheese. The first one is small and contains the pill. Second one is bigger and has no pill. I make her do a few basic cues/tricks then toss the first, she's so focused on the second she just swallows the first one.
