There is opinion that the novel within the novel in Master and Margarita is actually The New Testament by Voland /Satan ,that he wants to publish it and the only people opposing Voland are Bolsheviks . Basically, both Master and Margarita are Volands servants

I read Kim Jiyoung Born 1982 and you’re correct the ending did in fact make me want to punch the wall. So close and it went right over his head. Absolutely in my top 10 of this year
