It is very harsh on the stomach but your stomach will get used to it I’m suppose to take it 3x a day for PCOS but I started off with 1 a day

I consulted with a doctor over 15 yrs ago on my pcos. He told me that many doctors believe it works for pcos. There is little scientific evidence of its effectiveness for PCOS. But many doctors believe it works and so they keep prescribing. It might help a little with insulin resistance but it’s not a highly effective medication. Some people still swear by it but it’s more anecdotal evidence just not scientitic evidence.
