@tressuni: Big azz bites so you know it was good 😵 - 4 gold/yukon potatoes - 1.5 cup of water - ½ cup of soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp sugar - 1-2 tbsp minced garlic or 2-3 garlic cloves - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (skip if you do not want spicy) - chopped green onions (optional) - Sesame seeds (optional) 1. Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters / nice chunks 2. Mix water, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil together 3. Add potatoes and sauce into a pan or pot, bring to boil on high and lower to medium, let it simmer for 15 minutes with top closed 4. Simmer for 5 more minutes with top open on low (if you like it soupy you can keep the top closed) Store in fridge for up to 6 days; can serve hot (microwave for 1min) or cold #koreanrecipes #sidedish #potato #vegetariandish
