something I would keep in mind is that Xbox has (or had I suppose) way more employees under that that Playstation, but doesn't have the track record of doing better than them, so keep that in mind, now they are about equal, after Sony's layoffs in 2024, that puts them at currently around 12,700 employees, Xbox before these layoffs had around 20,100 employees, but which of the two have been doing better? Exactly, now with this 9k emplyee layoffs, they're between 11 and 12k employees, something tells me they're adjusting and basing their model after something that works more observable in the competition, they did say they were removing layers of management, so I wonder what the ratio of management positions to developers is
