As someone who has on been on Zepbound for 6 weeks and lost only 4 pounds, I can tell you that you also have to diet/exercise.The way it was hyped I thought it was something that made it easy. It’s not.

There are legit reasons they may need it. I've used it for diabetes 2 and the liver disease NASH and it's helping me. It is possible they have health issues they don't want to share with the world. 🤨
