Only insane if you're a killer who slugs to make survivors miserable. Play normally and hook your downs and this whole perk combo is obsolete. About time they nerfed slugging as a play style into the ground.

The real solution is every killer should just play nurse, and become experts at it, forget all other killers, let survivors just deal with nurses because they don’t seem to understand why these perks make weak killers unplayable

I mean yes I’m a killer main but I see this as a bit of an issue long term as this now means that killers will be unable to go for a second player while one is down unless they risk a player having this. I totally agree that survivors require some buffs rn to balance the playing field but I feel this may be a little too much. Maybe a nerf would be a bit better like you’d have to be over 50% healed maybe
