no matter what police do people will never be happy if you all listened to the video you would know that this did happen 13 years again however it was reported on June 18th. no it did not take 13 years to arrest him because it was NEVER reported until June 18th. Saul Duran was arrested he’s out on bail and has an arraignment date. SA crimes are incredibly hard to prosecute most DA offices won’t let it go to court especially one that has occurred years ago this is a HUGE change for the criminal justice system. this Police Department is showing how much they care urging victims who may have faced similar crimes to come forward no matter how long ago it happened or who did it. this is an amazing example of holding officers accountable OPEN YOUR EYES PEOPLE

It happened 13 years ago. Wasn’t reported 13 years ago. When allegations like this appear we are all more than happy and willing to not only look into it but prosecute swiftly. No one in law enforcement wants someone like this in their agency.

Been on the other side of this before. And I can 💯 say THERE IS A REASON WE DON'T BOTHER COMING FORWARD. They protect each other and the judicial system gives them soooooo much undeserving grace. They only care when it happens to someone they love.

Did no one listen? The victims just reported it. Yes, it was 13 years ago but the victims were finally brave enough to report it and hopefully if there was more victims they come forward.
