these things get you burning i love them, make sure you push thru ur heels and progressive overload the weight. also don’t keep ur feet so far apart. scooch ur shoulders down a bit. they’re too high on the pad so ur using more of ur back not ur glutes. lmk if this works!!! 💕💕💕
