if you don’t ever calorie track how can you be consciously aware of how many calories you’re eating when you don’t know how many calories are in things.. the reason i gained weight was by never tracking and following hunger cues, the reason i lost weight was not by over restricting but by tracking. seeing how little calories we can have sucks but how do you ever learn if you don’t know?

This makes sense but I wonder about higher calorie foods (ex. Granola, nut butter, etc.) — is it still possible to use this hunger fullness method? Will you still be able to lose weight by including these or better to avoid?
