I mean it's all goal based in my opinion. I also mainly use KBs, Mace, Clubs ,Sandbags, with calisthenics to stay in shape because I enjoy the variation it provides. But Body builder's main goal is to pack on muscle which it turns out is a little easier to do with refined tools such as the barbell, dumbbells, machines exc with the normal mainstream movement patterns.

It’s not that bodybuilders can’t do that style, it’s based on the individuals goals, my question is, did you build that body just on that style of workout or did you first start at the gym and later move into kettles??? As a fitness instructor I’d recommend you titled to be more inspiring such as “if you want better mobility, try this out” instead of… just a thought
