Think about the content you consume and the types of things you “attract” into your life. You might find some overlap. It might be time to do a lil social media clean out Personally, I make sure what I consume is aligned with how I want to feel, think, & behave. It makes it a lot easier to keep my energy right. thanks. i just thought earlier today, we worry about a clean diet and physical exercise, showering, brushing teeth, but what do we do to "clean" up our mental health? my guess is that part of the purpose of repeated prayers or chanted mantras are to cleanse the mind. i think listening to harmonious music, looking at pleasant art or nature, can cleanse from raucous, angry music and repulsive sights.
