no one deserves respect, that is earned. neing respectful to others is valuable. but as a business owner, you do not get up and yell at customers even if the place is empty, let alone with other customers in it. i, as a customer, would have stopped service and asked to pay and leave. and never come back. sounds like owner made a bad assumption as well and demanded you all believe it.

Could’ve been a language barrier as well? All the salons in my area are Vietnamese-owned and it can be hard for us to understand each other. (Going to add I’m HAPPY they’re Vietnamese owned! Just talking about the language barrier).
